I am a freelance graphic designer living in Waynesboro, Virginia. Originally from Charlottesville, (and then spending time in Santa Fe, New Mexico) I moved across the mountain with my husband and 4-legged creatures to find our little piece of heaven in this wonderful small town.
I started my career working in print shops. I have spent time in customer service, management, production, camera/darkroom, and graphic design. Currently I provide clients with graphic design and print fulfillment services on a freelance basis. I enjoy being able to take a customer’s base ideas and transform them into a visual reality. I also work full-time at McClung Companies here in Waynesboro, as a customer service representative and estimator.
I serve on the board of Riverfest, a local nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote involvement in watershed stewardship of local streams and rivers. I am also a past board member and current volunteer for our local SPCA, donating my time and services to produce their newsletter as well as assisting with fundraising events. I am proud to support their mission.
I graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Art History. I try to get a paintbrush or pencil back in my hand whenever I can get away from the computer keyboard.
